Applicable to all programs, trainings, workshops, internships, and certificate courses offered by the Academy
1. Scope of Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies uniformly to all educational, training, and skill development programs offered by Hydroposhan Academy, irrespective of duration, format, or delivery mode.
Enrollment in any program implies full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
2. Nature of Services
All programs offered by Hydroposhan Academy involve:
- Limited and predefined batch sizes
- Advance seat reservation
- Faculty planning and allocation
- Laboratory, infrastructure, and consumable preparation
- Administrative and academic coordination
Once enrollment is confirmed, the academy incurs non-recoverable preparatory costs.
3. General Refund Principle
All fees paid to Hydroposhan Academy are non-refundable by default.
Refunds are permitted only under the limited conditions explicitly stated in this policy. This principle exists to ensure operational fairness, sustainability, and quality delivery.
4. Cancellation by Participant (Before Program Start)
Refund Eligibility Window
- Cancellation requests received 5 days or more before the official program start date are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the base fee, subject to administrative and preparatory deductions. GST is non-refundable.
- For cancellation requests received less than 5 days before the program start date, no refund shall be provided.
The refund window is strictly calculated based on the official program start date, not the date of registration or payment.
5. Cancellation After Program Commencement
Once a program has commenced, no refund shall be provided, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Personal circumstances
- Health-related issues
- Academic workload or examinations
- Relocation or change in residence
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction
- Expectation mismatch or subjective outcomes
The participant acknowledges that once a program begins, the academy’s academic, infrastructural, and consumable costs become fully committed and non-recoverable.
6. Seat Transfer or Batch Change
Requests for seat transfer or batch change:
- May be considered only before program commencement
- Are subject to availability and administrative feasibility
- May involve transfer or rescheduling charges
- Do not entitle the participant to any monetary refund.
Approval remains solely at the discretion of the Academy.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Academy
Hydroposhan Academy reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a program due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Faculty unavailability
- Operational constraints
- Force majeure events
In such cases, participants will be offered either:
- Enrollment in the next available program batch, or
- Refund of the base fee only, with GST handled strictly as per statutory provisions
8. GST & Tax Treatment
- GST, once deposited with the government, may not be refundable.
- Any approved refund shall be calculated only on the base program fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 15–21 working days.
9. No-Refund Scenarios (Explicit)
No refund shall be entertained under any circumstances for:
- Non-attendance or partial attendance
- Late joining or early withdrawal
- Failure to complete program requirements
- Disciplinary removal or misconduct
- Violation of academy rules or policies
- Misinterpretation of course scope or outcomes
10. Refund Request Procedure
All cancellation or refund requests must:
- Be submitted in writing via the registered email address
- Clearly mention:
- Participant name
- Program start date
- Proof of payment
- Reason for cancellation
Verbal, informal, or third-party requests shall not be considered valid.
11. Disclaimer on Outcomes & Expectations
Hydroposhan Academy does not guarantee:
- Income or profitability
- Business success
- Crop yield performance
- Employment or placement outcomes
All programs are educational in nature. Descriptions, discussions, and materials are indicative of learning scope only and shall not be construed as assurances or guarantees.
12. Final Authority
All decisions related to refunds, cancellations, transfers, or adjustments shall be taken by the Academy in good faith and in accordance with this policy.
The Academy’s decision shall be final and binding.
13. Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
